Customer Planning Specialist

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Customer Planning Specialist to support its mission of saving lives through vehicle safety products. In this role you will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, forecasts, and logistics requirements to guarantee on‑time delivery and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, resolving order‑processing and supply‑chain issues.
• Coordinate production, inventory, and shipping plans with logistics, warehouse, and operations stakeholders.
• Monitor demand fluctuations and adjust production and delivery schedules accordingly.
• Optimize transportation and export activities for cost‑effective, timely deliveries.
• Oversee finished‑goods inventory, stock accuracy, and returnable packaging availability.
• Track logistics performance indicators, analyze deviations, and lead corrective actions.
• Ensure proper communication, reporting, and documentation while escalating incidents when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or a similar environment.
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset with excellent communication, organizational and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
