Customer Experience Specialist – German

About the role

Join GEVEKOM’s growing Tunis office as a Customer Experience Specialist supporting German‑speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact for a leading German brand in teleshopping, lifestyle and e‑commerce, handling inquiries across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about orders, deliveries, products, payments and returns via phone, email and live chat.
• Document each interaction accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, aiming for the best possible solution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, patient and solution‑oriented.
• Reliability, team spirit and willingness to work in an international, dynamic environment.
• Previous call‑center or customer‑service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Comfortable using PCs and navigating digital systems.
