Customer Care Specialist (UK)

About the role

Vistaprint’s Customer Care team is the heart of its global customer experience. As a UK Customer Care Specialist you will join a diverse, remote‑first group that supports small‑business owners through multiple channels, delivering thoughtful and efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, email and emerging channels in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnose issues accurately and provide solutions based on defined procedures.
• Utilise internal systems and resources to resolve requests efficiently.
• Provide information and support to both internal and external customers.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and communications to support the wider team.
• Undertake additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong command of English.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a multi‑channel environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard customer service platforms and communication tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design or photo‑imaging software is a plus.
