Cross-Functional Project Manager (Crypto)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cross-Functional Project Manager to coordinate strategic initiatives for Ouinex’s multi-asset trading platform. Based in our Djerba office, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, define scope, set timelines and milestones for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate product, development, design, QA, compliance, marketing and external partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, blockers and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead project meetings, sprint planning sessions and post-mortem reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards and action-item tracking.
• Continuously improve internal project-management processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project-management experience in technology, fintech or software.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proactive, structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Project-management tools: Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Monday.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or other Agile certifications (preferred).
