About the role

We are seeking a creative, performance‑driven copywriter to own the full ad creation process. You will research winning ideas, develop concepts, and write compelling, conversion‑focused scripts for video ads, paid social campaigns, and landing pages.

Key responsibilities

• Write persuasive, high‑converting scripts for video ads, paid social campaigns, and landing pages.
• Research customer insights, market trends, competitors, and winning ad concepts to uncover new creative opportunities.
• Develop hooks, unique angles, and storytelling concepts that capture attention and drive conversions.
• Turn research and ideas into clear, production‑ready scripts.
• Analyze ad performance and continuously improve scripts based on results.

Required profile

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on direct‑response marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and Meta Ads.
• Ability to conduct in‑depth research and translate customer pain points into compelling messages.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
