Corporate MES Support Specialist

About the role

The Corporate MES Support Specialist will ensure the effective operation, support, and optimisation of MES and SAP manufacturing applications across COFICAB production sites worldwide. This role focuses on Level 2 support, troubleshooting production‑related issues and facilitating seamless integration between SAP Production Planning and MES systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for SAP PP and MES applications, maintaining system availability and operational continuity.
• Troubleshoot production‑related incidents, analyse root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP manufacturing processes and MES applications.
• Participate in global SAP and MES rollout projects, supporting deployment, configuration, testing and go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with IT, production, automation and engineering teams to guarantee successful implementations.
• Contribute to standardisation of manufacturing processes, system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support users and maintain technical documentation to facilitate system adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• More than 2 years of professional experience in SAP PP and MES support within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of production operations, industrial processes and shop‑floor activities.
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with teams across multiple sites.
