Corporate Communication Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Communication Specialist to support internal communication activities across our plant. You will be the primary point of contact for all communication‑related matters, ensuring that information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize plant updates and internal news for distribution.
• Create and publish content for internal channels, including the intranet and weekly D‑Screen updates.
• Coordinate sponsorship and donation requests in line with corporate guidelines.
• Organise plant visits, internal events, and support public‑relations initiatives.
• Translate worldwide news for local audiences and ensure all visual materials meet corporate standards.
• Maintain and update the internal website and other communication platforms.
• Prepare communication materials for campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Produce reports on communication projects and activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar internal communication role.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
