About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Management Controller to support the management team in budget planning, performance monitoring and decision‑making for its Tunis office. The role combines financial analysis, reporting and process improvement within a dynamic, multi‑sector environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and update annual budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with operational teams.
• Drive budget execution, analyse variances between actuals and forecasts and propose corrective actions.
• Produce reliable reports and dashboards, track key performance indicators and present concise analyses to senior management.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of financial and management data.
• Improve and automate reporting tools, processes and data flows together with finance, operations and IT/data teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 (Bac+5) in finance, management control, data analytics or an equivalent qualification.
• 5‑8 years of experience in management control or financial analysis, preferably in a multi‑site, multi‑activity or consulting environment.
• Experience with business intelligence, data projects or reporting automation is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SQL and Power Query.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and recommendation‑forming abilities.
