Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to drive digitalisation, automation and lean initiatives across our plant operations. You will turn improvement opportunities into actionable projects that enhance efficiency, quality and cost performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects, including digitalisation, automation and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives.
• Analyse improvement opportunities throughout the product lifecycle and develop actionable roadmaps aligned with DPS and central office standards.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Develop and deploy innovative tools, methods and best practices across the plant.
• Conduct training sessions to roll out new standards and ensure manager compliance.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to continuously optimise processes.
• Plan and lead workshops in production, logistics and other areas to uncover time, space and material gains.
• Compile workshop outcomes and deliver impact reports to management and central teams.
• Lead specialist committees and coordinate plant‑wide improvement activities.

Required profile

• Engineer’s degree (mechanical, industrial or related).
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Six Sigma, SMED, 5S, DFSS.
• Problem‑solving methodologies and data‑analysis tools (Power BI, dashboards).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop simple applications (a plus).
