About the role

BrandiCom Agency is looking for a creative Content Creator to craft and publish engaging material for its diverse client portfolio. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site collaboration in the Sousse Metropolitan Area with flexible remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop content concepts aligned with client brand voices.
• Plan and maintain editorial calendars across multiple social platforms.
• Produce visual assets (images, short‑form videos, simple graphics) and write copy for posts, stories, ads, and website sections.
• Adapt content to the specific formats and best practices of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and refine content based on analytics and client feedback.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media storytelling and content planning.
• Basic copywriting ability for digital platforms.
• Experience managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with online communities.
• Comfort interpreting analytics dashboards to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
