Consulting Engineer – MongoDB (Middle East)

About the role

We are seeking senior‑level engineers who can operate at an architecture level and become MongoDB field experts. You will join a delivery team, enjoy full autonomy over projects, and work across the Middle East with clients speaking English, Arabic and French.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB solutions for large‑scale projects.
• Optimize application code and size hardware resources.
• Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB databases.
• Provide client‑facing consulting, translate technical concepts, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collaborate with peers, mentor junior staff, and ensure best‑practice DevOps processes.

Required profile

• Software Engineer comfortable in client‑facing environments.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Scala, Go, C++ or C#.
• Strong Linux command‑line skills and experience with server configuration and DevOps practices.
• MongoDB certification is a strong plus.
