Consulting Analyst – Research & Data Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Consulting Analyst to support the backend of client administrative and research operations. This remote position involves managing surveys, databases, automations, and communication with respondents and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update survey respondent, client, and project databases.
• Support survey operations, including tracking, outreach, scheduling, and payment coordination.
• Assist with setup, testing, reminders, and data preparation for market research projects.
• Clean, segment, and prepare data for internal use and client deliverables.
• Manage automations, CRM workflows, spreadsheets, documents, templates, and operational processes.
• Coordinate interview, client call, and internal meeting schedules.
• Draft, edit, and format professional emails, reports, summaries, questionnaires, and other written materials.
• Track project progress, report status, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide administrative and executive‑assistant support as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Hands‑on, reliable, and transparent in reporting progress and issues.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with high accountability.
