About the role

We are looking for German‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our call centre in downtown Tunis. You will interact with German‑language customers across multiple channels, providing assistance, solving issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to German‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Identify customer needs, address inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Follow up on cases to ensure resolution and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Fluent German with strong command of English.
• Customer‑service mindset and good interpersonal skills.
• Team player with rigor, attentiveness and the ability to listen.
