Conductrice Machines – Niveau BTP

About the role

We are expanding our production team in Megrine and are looking for a motivated Machine Operator at BTP level. The role involves operating production machinery, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines throughout the shift.
• Perform simple machine adjustments and routine checks to guarantee optimal performance.
• Observe the production process and promptly report any anomalies or malfunctions.
• Carry out quality inspections according to established procedures.
• Handle loading, feeding, and unloading of machines as instructed.
• Keep the workstation clean and adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Complete production tracking documents accurately.

Required profile

• Technical or industrial training equivalent to a BTP qualification.
• Entry‑level candidates accepted; 1‑2 years of industrial experience is a plus.
• Strong learning ability, adaptability, rigor, vigilance, and sense of responsibility.
• Commitment to production, quality, and safety instructions.
• Willingness to work in a team and on rotating shifts.
