Community Manager

About the role

ORIENT TEA, a fast‑growing foodtech company operating in more than ten countries, is seeking a Community Manager to strengthen its online presence and engage its audience across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch and manage the brand’s social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Produce daily content – text, graphics and video – tailored to each platform and run paid advertising campaigns, contests and polls.
• Analyse community needs, monitor trends and competitors, and devise strategies to attract new followers.
• Handle online reputation, respond to negative comments, manage crisis communication and coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team for product launches and event promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
• At least one successful experience as a Community Manager or in a comparable digital role.
• Strong written communication skills in French (and preferably English).

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok.
• Content creation tools: Canva, Adobe Suite.
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising and community analytics.
