Community Manager – Digital Marketing & Content

About the role

Bonclick is seeking a proactive Community Manager to strengthen its digital presence and support commercial growth. The role combines content creation, social media management, graphic design, and market intelligence to engage the user community and drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and animate Bonclick’s social media platforms and digital communities.
• Develop, design, plan, and publish high‑value content aligned with brand identity and commercial goals.
• Create visual assets such as posts, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and market opportunities to propose growth actions.
• Support commercial activities through digital campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
• Track content performance, analyse key metrics, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to visual identity and brand consistency.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret customer needs and market trends.
• Autonomous, curious, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Previous experience in community management, digital marketing, content creation or sales support is a plus.
