About the role

SOFABI is expanding its digital presence and seeks a creative, organized, and experienced Community Manager to shape and animate the brand’s image on social media. You will be responsible for daily brand interaction across platforms and will help build an engaged community around its jewelry collections.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and animate the brand’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant social accounts.
• Plan, create and publish posts, Reels, Stories, carousels and short videos.
• Collaborate with the Web & Digital Designer to produce visual content that highlights the jewelry and brand universe.
• Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with collections, news and key brand moments.
• Write polished copy in French and English tailored to each platform.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor trends in social media, luxury jewelry and competitors.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, community growth, traffic and conversions.
• Propose new content formats, concepts and ideas regularly.

Required profile

• Degree in digital marketing, communication or a related field.
• Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok best practices.
• Excellent writing skills in French and English.
• Developed aesthetic sense and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to create simple visual content (photos, short videos, Reels, Stories, carousels).
• Proficiency with social media planning and management tools.
• Capability to analyse post performance and adjust strategy.
