Communication Team Leader (French & English)

About the role

VEO Worldwide Services is seeking a bilingual (French & English) Communication Team Leader to head a creative team in Sousse, Tunisia. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that communication projects are delivered with impact and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of communication professionals.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production to guarantee quality, productivity, and on‑time delivery.
• Guide designers and specialists on complex creative projects and validate deliverables before client submission.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational communication topics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze activity reports, propose improvement actions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and training coordination.
• Contribute to employer branding, internal communication initiatives, and content creation for social media and corporate channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading communication or creative teams.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
