About the role

Sarraj Immobilier creates luxury, customized apartments tailored to each client's needs, focusing on high-end residential properties where design, comfort and personalization are central. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Specialist in Sousse, Tunisia, who sources and evaluates commercial property opportunities, conducts market and financial analyses, and prepares proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating commercial property opportunities and conducting market and financial analyses
• Preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients
• Managing client portfolios and coordinating property visits
• Negotiating lease and sale terms and supporting transactions from first contact through closing
• Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and building relationships with property owners and business clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to align commercial offerings with the company's luxury standards
• Producing accurate documentation and regular reports while following local real estate regulations and company policies

Required profile

• Relevant experience in commercial property sales or leasing, preferably in luxury or high-end markets
• Knowledge of Tunisian real estate laws and regulations, especially those relating to commercial properties
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in French and working proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset

Required skills

• Commercial real estate and property evaluation, market analysis and transaction support
• Finance skills: investment returns, cash flow, pricing and basic financial modeling
• Communication and customer service, negotiation and client relationship management
• Organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency with standard office software and real estate or CRM tools, able to prepare clear reports and presentations
