Commercial Executive – Corporate & B2B Sales

About the role

The Commercial Executive (Corporate & B2B) will be based on‑site in Sousse and will be responsible for managing and expanding corporate and B2B client relationships for Satguru’s travel services. The role focuses on delivering tailored travel solutions, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the brand’s position in the corporate segment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present commercial proposals to corporate and B2B clients.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service terms.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized travel solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Maintain high service standards and uphold company policies.
• Contribute to revenue growth and brand positioning in the corporate segment.

Required profile

• Strong commercial management skills with a proven track record in corporate or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Solid follow‑up skills to close opportunities and maintain client engagement.
• Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industries.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sousse, manage multiple accounts, and meet revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and French (or other regional languages) is an advantage.
