Commercial de Terrain – Crédit (Akouda)

About the role

DAAM, a leading micro‑finance institution in Tunisia, is looking for a proactive Commercial de Terrain – Crédit to join its Akouda branch. The role focuses on prospecting, acquiring and managing new credit clients across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of credit contracts and achieve defined sales targets.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Assess loan applications, prepare well‑argued recommendations and present them to the Credit Director.
• Implement effective collection practices to keep delinquency levels within acceptable limits.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or Economics.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in credit operations (experience in insurance file management is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑service orientation and result‑driven mindset.
• Analytical thinking, good time‑management and excellent written and spoken French.
