College Intern Technical Support – English Speaker

About the role

This hybrid internship with Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers college students the chance to gain hands‑on experience in technical support for enterprise environments. You will work two days per week on‑site at the HPE office in Ariana and collaborate with seasoned engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and troubleshoot customer technical issues across infrastructure and software domains under guidance.
• Document cases clearly, progress actions, and communicate status professionally.
• Collaborate with front‑end, back‑end, expert center teams, product engineering, and partners to accelerate resolutions.
• Use diagnostic methods, support tools, automation, and approved AI capabilities to improve investigation quality.
• Collect and analyze logs, reproduce issues, validate solutions, and contribute to technical action plans.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Italian, French or Spanish.
• Passion for learning quickly and staying up‑to‑date with technology.
• Strong problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and occasional scheduled coverage.

Required skills

• Core infrastructure: servers, storage, operating systems, networking, virtualization, databases, backup and recovery.
• Hybrid cloud and platforms: private/public cloud, containers, infrastructure automation, platform operations, security fundamentals.
• Emerging technologies: AI, data concepts, observability, automation, modern HPE technology platforms.
