College Intern Technical Support - English Speaker

About the role

The College Intern Technical Support Engineer will gain hands‑on experience supporting enterprise technology environments while working alongside experienced HPE engineers. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on‑site at the Ariana office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and troubleshoot customer technical issues across servers, storage, networking, virtualization, databases, backup and recovery.
• Document cases, progress actions, and communicate status professionally.
• Collaborate with front‑end, back‑end, expert center teams and product engineering to accelerate resolution.
• Use diagnostic tools, automation and approved AI capabilities to improve investigation quality.
• Collect logs, reproduce issues, validate solutions and contribute to technical action plans.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory) and proficiency in Italian, French or Spanish.
• Passion for learning quickly and staying up‑to‑date with technology trends.
• Strong problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and occasional scheduled coverage.
