About the role

Perform is seeking a full‑time hybrid Co‑Founder to help shape the company’s vision, value proposition, and strategic roadmap. Based in the Grand Tunis Metropolitan Area with flexibility for partial remote work, you will play a pivotal role in business planning, client acquisition, and early‑stage growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the company’s vision, value proposition, and strategic roadmap.
• Engage potential clients, identify market opportunities, and lead key sales conversations to generate revenue.
• Design and iterate service offerings while coordinating marketing initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including budgeting, project prioritisation, and performance tracking.
• Build and nurture a small, high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, negotiating, and building trusted client relationships.
• Proven sales experience or aptitude in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Marketing experience, including value‑proposition development and go‑to‑market support.
• Solid research skills to understand client needs, monitor competitors, and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Prior entrepreneurial, consulting, or business‑development experience is highly valued.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and take ownership in an early‑stage environment.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration and productivity tools; fluency in French and English is a plus.
