CNC Machinist – Level I

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an entry‑level CNC Machinist to join its Megrine, Ben Arous facility. You will operate and set up CNC machines in a cellular manufacturing environment, producing aerospace components to exacting specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and related equipment according to established programs, fixtures, and methods.
• Make edits and adjustments to meet work order, blueprint, and sketch specifications.
• Operate multiple machines within a cellular layout as required.
• Apply knowledge of feeds, speeds, and cutting tools to achieve proper material removal.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
• Complete paperwork for counts, scrap, and time in line with company policy.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area, including equipment, tooling, and coolant tanks.
• Assist less‑experienced operators when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
