Client Delivery Operations – SaaS (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

Storyteller is looking for a Client Delivery Operations teammate to drive client onboarding, configuration, feature roll‑outs and issue resolution for its high‑growth B2B SaaS platform. The role is fully remote, flexible around UK working hours, and ideal for an early‑career professional who enjoys turning ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day execution of client work‑streams such as onboarding, configuration, feature roll‑outs and operational requests.
• Translate unclear client requirements into concrete actions, priorities and owners.
• Coordinate with account, product, engineering, support and operations teams to keep delivery moving.
• Investigate client issues, reproduce problems where possible and identify blockers.
• Leverage AI and internal tools to accelerate investigation, documentation and follow‑up.
• Maintain visibility on status, risks, decisions and next steps.
• Communicate clear, calm updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously improve delivery playbooks, checklists and templates.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical curiosity and ability to work through messy client realities.
• Comfort with flexible, remote work aligning with UK business hours.
