Clerk Production Trainer

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Clerk Production Trainer to support operator development in its Mateur facility. You will ensure on‑the‑job training, monitor skill levels, and collaborate with HR to keep qualification data up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and document on‑the‑job training and coaching for production operators.
• Identify training needs and participate in operator evaluations and appraisals.
• Maintain and update the skills matrix and employee qualification records.
• Coordinate with HR on training updates, new initiatives, and data transfers.
• Provide training in response to complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes, and updated work instructions.
• Support the flexibility concept by training employees for workstation rotations and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac education, any branch.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, result orientation, motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, Blended Learning and E‑Learning concepts.
• Experience with Skills and Competency Modeling and Training Management.
• Familiarity with Leadership Development Programs.
