About the role
The Clerk Production Trainer ensures operators receive on‑the‑job training and coaching, supporting the continuous improvement of production quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs of operators and document on‑the‑job training sessions.
- Support specialist training, maintain the skills matrix and employee qualification data.
- Collaborate with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers.
- Provide training after complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes and instruction updates.
- Train employees for workstation rotations and monitor performance in terms of quality and quantity.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC (high school diploma).
- At least 1 year of experience at LEONI.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity.
- Motivated, resilient, organized and able to work in a team.
