About the role
The Clerk Production Inspector supports the assembly area by performing quality checks, identifying non‑conformities, and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all checks defined in the Quality control plan and record data.
- Identify non‑conforming products using the "red card" process and provide feedback to the line.
- Inspect 5S/housekeeping, verify operator qualifications, and ensure OK to Start procedures are followed.
- Check error‑proofing conformity, availability of assembly aid tools, and validation of packing processes.
- Ensure reworks are performed by qualified operators with released tools and proper documentation.
- Audit final harness inspection according to the QM plan.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac education, any branch.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, and result orientation.
- Motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork.
