Clerk Production Inspection

About the role

We are looking for a Production Inspection Clerk to support the assembly line at our Tunisia facility. The role ensures that all products meet the quality standards defined in the quality control plan and that any non‑conformities are identified and addressed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all checks defined in the Quality Control plan and record required data.
• Identify non‑conforming products using the “red card” process and communicate findings to the line and WPA.
• Distribute and collect PDEK or other control charts and give feedback on defects.
• Inspect 5S/housekeeping compliance within the assigned area.
• Verify operator qualifications against the skills matrix and ensure “OK to Start” procedures are followed each shift.
• Check error‑proofing measures such as poka‑yoke, jigs, and sample tests.
• Validate that assembly aid tools are available, in good condition, and used correctly.
• Confirm completion of packing processes and that re‑works are performed by qualified operators with released tools.
• Audit final harness inspection according to the QM plan and related care points.

Required profile

• Minimum education: BAC (high school diploma).
• At least 1 year of experience in a production or quality‑inspection environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation, resilience, self‑organization and ability to manage conflicts.

Required skills

• Quality control inspection.
• Control‑chart analysis (e.g., PDEK).
• 5S and housekeeping methodologies.
• Error‑proofing techniques such as poka‑yoke.
• Use of assembly aid tools and verification of tooling condition.
