Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Tunis-Menzeh 4

About the role

The company, a Tunisian leader in water, environment and energy since 1982, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to steer its financial transformation and support its growth ambitions. Reporting directly to the General Management, the CFO will be a key member of the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall financial strategy to support restructuring and growth.
• Structure and execute high‑level capital operations, including fundraising, debt negotiations, IPO projects and debt restructuring.
• Serve as the main point of contact for shareholders, investment banks, external auditors, legal advisors and governance bodies.
• Develop the long‑term business plan (3‑5 years), oversee budgeting processes and lead reporting to the Board.
• Lead and develop the finance department, managing the Chief Accountant and Financial Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance executive (CFO, Finance Director or equivalent).
• Strong track record in strategic financial management, capital markets and investor relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and manage complex restructuring projects.
