Chef de Section de Production (TSN)

About the role

The Production Section Manager (TSN) will lead the manufacturing team at SOTUCHOC's Naassen site, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality chocolate and confectionery production.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and continuously optimise manufacturing operations across three shifts.
• Guarantee product safety and quality while complying with regulatory and certification requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal).
• Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to minimise downtime.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Required profile

• BTS or Licence in food industry, food safety, process engineering, microbiology or chemistry.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar production supervisory role.
• Availability to work on a three‑shift schedule.

Required skills

• Knowledge of agro‑food manufacturing processes.
