Chef de projet dispositifs médicaux

About the role

The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the production and assembly of medical devices. You will ensure that all manufacturing activities follow strict work instructions, quality standards and traceability requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing and assembly of medical devices according to work instructions.
• Monitor production parameters, report any anomalies and perform first‑level equipment verification.
• Conduct in‑process and final quality controls while maintaining complete quality records.
• Participate in series changes, first‑level adjustments and continuous‑improvement projects such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Handle non‑conformities, support corrective actions and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP and other applicable standards.
• Maintain cleanroom hygiene, follow safety instructions and keep the workstation organized.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Biomedical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the medical‑device, pharmaceutical or other regulated industrial sector.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and traceability procedures.
• Experience with quality‑control methods and use of measurement tools.
• Understanding of technical procedures and ability to read technical documentation.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen improvement methodologies.
