Chef de production

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team in Msaken, Sousse, Tunisia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, leading teams, and driving continuous performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, production targets and quality standards.
• Lead, train and motivate production staff.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety regulations and internal procedures.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics and other departments.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a similar production management role.
• Strong management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions.
• Proficient with computer tools for production management.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
