About the role

The company Outsourcia is expanding its collection activities in Tunisia and seeks motivated individuals to manage client portfolios, ensure timely invoice recovery, and minimize dispute risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, informing them and securing payment of outstanding invoices.
• Maximize cash flow and streamline collections to reduce the risk of litigation.

Required profile

• Education in finance, commerce, accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in corporate accounting or financial portfolio management, preferably in a collection agency.
• Proficiency with computer and office tools.
• Excellent written and spoken French.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Firm, courteous, empathetic, autonomous and organized.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed net salary of 900 TND per month for a 40‑hour week with two days off.
• Performance‑based bonuses, year‑end bonus based on seniority, and referral bonuses.
• Permanent contract (CDI) with the possibility of CIVP.
