About the role
The company is looking for a Scheduling and Payroll Officer to join its sanitary division in Tajerouine, Le Kef. The role combines workforce planning with payroll administration to ensure smooth operations and accurate compensation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Prepare, process and verify payroll for all employees, complying with local labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and leave.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and payroll discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on workforce utilization and payroll costs.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Work Psychology, Labor Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar scheduling or payroll role.
- Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor legislation and payroll procedures.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
