Chargé(e) en Management Qualité – Site Fejja

About the role

SOTUCHOC, a leading Tunisian chocolate and confectionery manufacturer, is looking for a Quality Management Officer for its Fejja production site. You will support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s quality management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment of quality and food safety management systems across the Fejja site.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and other relevant standards.
• Monitor and maintain the effectiveness of existing management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with production, R&D and regulatory teams to address quality issues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management applied to the agri‑food sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000 and ISO 14001 (the latter is a plus).
• Proficiency with the QUALIPRO software and excellent writing skills.
• Solid computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar quality management role is preferred.
