Business Process Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Officer to support Ozeol’s Project & Transformation Director in mapping, documenting and continuously improving our operational processes across purchasing, sourcing and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map and model existing business processes (purchasing, prospection, sourcing, supply chain, supplier management) using BPMN, Visio or Lucidchart.
• Write and formalise procedures, work instructions, policies and company standards.
• Update, organise and maintain the document repository within the DMS, managing review, approval and archiving cycles.
• Propose and implement workflow optimisation plans to simplify and automate processes.
• Deploy and administer document‑management tools such as BPM platforms, ERP systems and SharePoint.
• Facilitate workshops with business teams to co‑design target processes and train employees on new procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent synthesis, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Discreet, reliable and committed to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Process modelling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Procedural writing (SOPs, work instructions, internal policies).
• Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt a plus).
• Document management and quality systems (ISO 9001 framework).
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI a plus.
• SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
