Business Intelligence Manager (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

Vistaprint Corporate Solutions is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead a high‑performing analytics team during a critical growth phase. You will act as both a hands‑on technical leader and a strategic manager, driving data governance, automation, and scalable analytics solutions that provide a single source of truth for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and partner with engineering to build high‑performance tables, dynamic views, and data pipelines that ensure optimal query performance and scalability.
• Develop sophisticated, at‑a‑glance visualizations in Looker to translate trends into actionable insights.
• Leverage Snowflake Cortex to integrate LLM‑powered functions and predictive forecasting directly within the data platform.
• Analyze complex fulfillment data to optimize metrics, propose planning improvements, and enhance fulfillment center operations.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Sales Metrics Analysts, Business Analysts, and Product Analysts, aligning priorities, data standards, and reporting practices.
• Bridge sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure analytics support organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
• Deep understanding of sales dynamics and how analytics can drive business performance.
