Business Intelligence Manager (Remote, Tunis)

About the role

Vistaprint Corporate Solutions is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead a high‑performing analytics team during a critical growth phase. The role combines hands‑on technical work with strategic leadership, ensuring a trusted single source of truth for data across sales, marketing and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Architectural leadership: design high‑performance tables, dynamic views and scalable data pipelines in partnership with engineering.
• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards in Looker that turn trends into actionable insights.
• Integrate AI capabilities using Snowflake Cortex, including LLM‑powered functions and predictive forecasting.
• Analyze fulfillment data to optimize metrics, improve planning strategies and support fulfillment centers.
• Lead, mentor and align Sales Metrics Analysts, Business Analysts and Product Analysts on priorities, data standards and reporting practices.
• Drive data‑governance initiatives and reduce reliance on ad‑hoc reporting.
• Bridge sales with marketing, finance and other business units to align goals and improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics or business intelligence teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation.
• Deep understanding of sales dynamics and ability to translate data into business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions.
