Business Development Manager – Global Partnerships

About the role

PMO Global Institute Inc. (PMOGI) is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its global partnership strategy. You will own end‑to‑end business development, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with corporate decision‑makers across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential Authorized Business Partners (ABPs), training providers, universities, consulting firms, and corporate partners worldwide.
• Generate partnership leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, webinars, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct partnership meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up to promote PMOGI accreditation and ABP programmes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for partnership closures, revenue generation, and ABP sign‑ups.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
• Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management of newly signed partners.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of sales experience, with at least 4‑5 years in global sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in the EdTech industry or global software/SAAS/IT solutions sales is preferred.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
