Business Developer – Tech Sector Lead Generation

About the role
Mobelite is looking for a proactive Business Developer to become the first point of contact with potential clients across Europe. You will drive growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high‑potential opportunities in the digital transformation space.
Key responsibilities
- Research and target companies and decision‑makers (CTOs, IT Managers, Solution Architects) using LinkedIn, professional databases, and networking.
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email sequences, and social selling to generate interest in Mobelite’s services.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical, CEO, and BDM to refine pitches based on current tech trends such as AI, Cloud, Agile, and Software Engineering.
- Maintain clean, up‑to‑date data in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales funnel.
- Represent Mobelite’s values and technical expertise in every client interaction.
Required profile
- Resilient, result‑oriented hunter mindset, comfortable with rejection.
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Aim for rapid career progression in a fast‑paced environment.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 1‑2 years of proven outbound sales experience (minimum 3 years total).
