Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to assess our organisation's needs and drive data‑based improvements. The successful candidate will analyse data, processes and systems to deliver solutions that boost efficiency, productivity and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse issues related to strategy, policy, organisational structure, procedures and market performance.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to uncover trends and support decision‑making.
• Schedule tasks, oversee deadlines and liaise with contributors, suppliers and distribution partners.
• Manage administrative coordination for clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and accurate records.
• Assist in project planning by defining scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor implemented solutions and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure business processes and systems comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Evaluate software applications and tools, recommending improvements aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Directors to gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation of business requirements, processes and system configurations.
