About the role

Join a remote team at TalentPop App as a Bilingual German/English Customer Service Representative, delivering exceptional support across voice, chat, and email channels.

Key responsibilities

Provide inbound assistance via calls, live chat, and email.
Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver quick resolutions.
Personalize interactions to build strong relationships.
Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
Offer feedback to refine service processes.

Required profile

At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages.
Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
