Bilingual German/English Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a bilingual German/English Customer Service Representative. You will provide exceptional support to a diverse customer base through voice, chat, and email, all from the comfort of your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email in German and English.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
