Bilingual German/English Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join its remote customer service team. You will provide high‑quality support in German and English via phone, chat, and email, helping a diverse e‑commerce clientele from the comfort of your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in German and English across voice, chat, and email channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, offer timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Personalise interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality.
• Share feedback and ideas to optimise processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, organised, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
