Back-office Social Media Specialist (German & English, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German-English Back-office Social Media Specialist to join SupportYourApp’s remote team. You will support the execution of social media campaigns, manage creative assets and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate social media projects and provide day-to-day operational support for campaigns.
• Manage creative briefings, timelines and asset delivery with agency partners.
• Upload, organize and maintain creative assets on the Meta platform.
• Follow internal SOPs and handle sensitive customer data securely.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain a deep understanding of client solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level, both spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering tasks reliably and on schedule.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with the Meta (Facebook) advertising and asset management tools.
