Back-office Social Media Manager (Remote, German & English)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Back‑office Social Media Manager to join its multicultural, fully remote team. You will support global campaigns, work closely with agencies, and ensure that creative assets are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of data security and customer happiness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and provide day‑to‑day operational support across social media campaigns.
• Manage creative briefings, align timelines with external agencies, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Upload and manage creative assets on Meta platforms.
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs, collaborating with internal teams for efficient issue resolution.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and apply best practices for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions, meet KPI targets, and communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Required profile

• Excellent German and English (minimum C1 level, both spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering tasks reliably and on schedule.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
