Back-office Social Media Manager – Fluent German & English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Back‑office Social Media Manager who is fluent in German and English to join its fully remote team. You will support global clients by coordinating social media campaigns, handling creative assets, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and provide day‑to‑day operational support across social media campaigns.
• Manage creative briefings, timelines, and asset delivery with external agencies.
• Upload and manage creative assets in Meta platforms.
• Follow internal procedures, SOPs, and ensure data security.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and cross‑functional specialists to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Excellent German and English (minimum C1 level) in both speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proven reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
