About the role

Key responsibilities
- Log, progress, update/authorize, and resolve customer changes within SLA limits.

Required profile
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level).
- Strong knowledge of automotive engineering.
- Excellent communication, structured working style and analytical abilities; English is a plus.
